Vervona ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.


Please follow these instructions:

  1. Copy your: tracking number
  2. Open the tracking page
  3. Paste the tracking number into the designated field on the page and press “track.”
  4. You can now track your order status.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, although please note that processing time may vary during holidays or limited edition launches. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Shipping Cost

Tracked Shipping is FREE on all orders

UK Orders

Our Standard Tracked Shipping option typically takes 7-10 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

However, during peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, please expect an additional 5 business days on top of our usual delivery estimates. We appreciate your patience during these busy times and we'll do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

International Orders

we ship directly from our international manufacturer. Please note that delivery times may take between 5-15 business days.


Order Cancellation And Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications. Vervona does not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?

If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Send us the proof of non-delivery so that we can immediately issue a refund for your order.
