Vervona ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

Tracking:

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Copy your: tracking number
  2. Open the tracking page
  3. Paste the tracking number into the designated field on the page and press “track.”
  4. You can now track your order status.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, although please note that processing time may vary during holidays or limited edition launches. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Shipping Cost

1- Tracked Shipping is FREE on all orders

2- 1st Class Tracked Shipping, Cost 3.45£

3- 1st Class Tracked Shipping + Insurance, Cost 7.45£

UK Orders

Our Standard Tracked Shipping option typically takes 7-10 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

If you opt for our Express 1st Class Tracked Shipping, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days after being dispatched.

However, during peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, please expect an additional 5 business days on top of our usual delivery estimates. We appreciate your patience during these busy times and we'll do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

International Orders

we ship directly from our international manufacturer. Please note that delivery times may take between 5-15 business days.

Can I modify my order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. Once the order is in transit to the shipping address provided by the customer, Vervona cannot make any changes.

I made an error in my order. How can I correct it?

Since we strive to ship orders rapidly, we have a limited time in which we can cancel orders. Please contact us at support@vervona.com as soon as possible with your order number and all pertinent information. We can only provide assistance if the item has not yet been processed for shipping.

In case you have given an incorrect address, please contact us right away at support@vervona.com. We can solely aid you if your order has not been processed or shipped yet. Please bear in mind that there is a short period of time in which we can modify or cancel orders, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
