FAQS

Vervona Q&A

How many minutes should we ba laying on any given muscle area?

For any area you want to keep the pressure around a 5 out of 10 focus on deep breathing and hold it on that spot for about 1-5sec or 30-60sec or longer if you desire. Be smart and listen to your body. That area will start to melt and the discomfort will lessen. Once that happens stop massaging that area and either get up and move around or move to a new spot. You shouldn’t stay on the same spot longer than 60sec and you shouldn’t get bruised either means you were pushing too long and too hard.

Does it help with leg pain?

Yes, it does. It can help relieve muscle pain in any parts of the body.

Will it move around when using it?

It will not. It is equipped with durable adhesives to keep it in place while you are using it.

How do I know where to place it? I do not want to hit my appendix with it. Thanks

You simply have to be gentle. The psoas is behind your guts - on the interior. Laying off to your side then going onto it might help get some interior organs out of the way. I personally have used my pso rite more for the glutes- this gets in deep. You can also try inversions over a ball or chair with deep breathing to relax and stretch the psoas (as well as pikes, etc). You have to listen to your body. Some people’s psoas might tighten up more when pressure is applied. Be gentle and gradual. As for me stretching / deep breathing helps more than pressure. I’ve used it for glutes and quadratus lomborum work.

I'm 6'6

Yes, this will work for you. We have a lot of basketball and football players the same size or bigger who use the this. Focus on one peak at a time. Reach out if you need help.

Would you advise using with a heating pad?

Yes, that would be a great idea especially before to help bring heat to the muscles. The massage will be much more relaxed.
